Google Ranks #2 Best Place to Work in the World
Google, in this week was named the second best company to work around the world, according to a ranking produced by CNNMoney. The publication also praised the company for its services coaching and career counseling to its employees. The Web giant, which moved up two places compared to the 2011 survey, offers all its employees a program of career coaching, the “CareerGuru”, which puts 43 of the senior leaders of the company to provide sound advice to other employees.
