Google is offering Page Speed service for webmasters. You need to fill up this form and wait for a response from Google. I am not sure, if this service is free. Dreamhost is already providing this service for free (I know about Dedicated Server, not sure about shared hosting). What is Page Speed? Page Speed is an open-source project started at Google to help developers optimize their web pages by applying web performance best practices. Page Speed Service fetches content from your servers, rewrites by applying web performance best practices and serves it to end users via Google’s servers across the globe.
